Welcome to Global Topup ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Global Topup regarding your use of the Services.
Accepted Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI through our secure payment gateway partners (e.g., PayU, Razorpay).
Security: We do not store your complete credit/debit card information. All payment details are processed directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway partners. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
Charges: You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes and fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing and fees at any time with notice.
Third-Party Execution: Global Topup acts as a facilitator for recharges and bill payments. The actual service is provided by the respective telecom operators or utility boards.
Liability: We are not responsible for delays, pricing changes, or cancellations caused by the operator. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile number, DTH subscriber ID, or account number. We are not liable for recharges made to incorrect numbers due to user error.
Final Sales: Generally, all sales are final. Refunds are not permitted for successful transactions where the service has been delivered.
Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your account but the service (recharge/bill pay) is not delivered within 24 hours, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact [email protected] with your Transaction ID, Amount, and Date.
Resolution Timeline: Valid refund requests are processed within 21 working days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment source or your Global Topup wallet, at our discretion.
You agree NOT to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Prohibited activities include:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Topup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Topup, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
